Cozumel, Quintana Roo, 2 de marzo de 2026.- El presidente municipal, Jos\u00e9 Luis Chac\u00f3n M\u00e9ndez, junto con Jacobo Arzate Hop, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n del Deporte de Quintana Roo, entregaron 12 balones de b\u00e1squetbol y voleibol a las y los alumnos de los equipos deportivos \u201cJaguares Negros\u201d del Colegio de Educaci\u00f3n Profesional T\u00e9cnica (CONALEP) del Estado de Quintana Roo, como parte de las acciones para fortalecer el deporte estudiantil en la isla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su mensaje, el edil destac\u00f3 que Cozumel sobresale de manera constante en los medalleros de competencias deportivas juveniles, ubic\u00e1ndose entre los tres primeros lugares a nivel estatal, resultado del esp\u00edritu competitivo que caracteriza a las y los cozumele\u00f1os en diversas disciplinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos logros son reflejo del esfuerzo conjunto de la comunidad y del trabajo que se impulsa para ofrecer a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes mejores oportunidades de educaci\u00f3n y desarrollo integral, convencidos de que el aprendizaje y la formaci\u00f3n son el mejor camino para su futuro. Agreg\u00f3 que el gobierno municipal fortalece la calidad educativa y brinda m\u00e1s herramientas tanto a estudiantes como a maestras y maestros, promoviendo que las nuevas generaciones se preparen, se superen y encuentren en el deporte una v\u00eda para crecer, mantenerse saludables y sentirse orgullosos de sus ra\u00edces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Jacobo Arzate se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Jos\u00e9 Luis Chac\u00f3n ha mantenido desde el inicio de su administraci\u00f3n un firme compromiso con el impulso al deporte, especialmente en las escuelas, promoviendo mejores condiciones y espacios adecuados para que las y los estudiantes mantengan una vida activa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destac\u00f3 que el material deportivo entregado permitir\u00e1 fortalecer estas actividades, ya que el deporte y el estudio son pilares fundamentales para el desarrollo de la juventud y para que Quintana Roo contin\u00fae siendo un referente deportivo a nivel nacional. Asimismo, invit\u00f3 a las y los alumnos a seguir prepar\u00e1ndose, mantener h\u00e1bitos saludables y continuar por el camino de la educaci\u00f3n como ejemplo para otros j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El director de Deportes, Erick Canul Be, explic\u00f3 que esta entrega de material deportivo forma parte de un apoyo dirigido a la Liga Estudiantil ante la pr\u00f3xima realizaci\u00f3n de los InterCONALEP, resultado de las gestiones realizadas entre la CODEQ y las instancias deportivas, con el objetivo de fortalecer el desarrollo del deporte entre las y los estudiantes, promoviendo la activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y la participaci\u00f3n en competencias escolares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que este tipo de apoyos contribuye a generar espacios de convivencia sana para la juventud, fomentando valores, construyendo paz social e inhibiendo conductas de riesgo a trav\u00e9s del deporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
